Will my products be returned to me after the photo shoot?
Yes. We will return all products and any other materials provided for the shoot. Please keep in mind that certain types of product such as food, soap, bath and body products may need to be opened and manipulated to get the best shot. We'll do our best to return these types of products in as near the condition we received them as we can. If any product requires special care above and beyond that, please be sure to bring that up with us so we can take measures to keep your products safe.
What is your turn around time?
Turn around times vary depending on the complexity of the shoot and the number of products being shot. Please contact us to discuss your particular project's deadline needs. We do offer rush service for an additional cost.
What is included in my project's price?
Your project will include photos of your products optimized for web use as well as large files for print applications. These files will be available through a large file-size download service, or can be burned to a CD and mailed to you. Additionally, a web gallery link will be emailed to you at the completion of the shoot in order to conveniently select the photos you wish to purchase.
